Refund Policy

Marketplace-Aligned Policy

1. General

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the Event Organiser.

2. Cancellation

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled:

  • Refund eligibility is determined by the Event Organiser
  • CARAT will process approved refunds on behalf of the organiser

3. Postponement

Tickets remain valid for rescheduled dates. If the Event Organiser authorises refunds for postponed events, these will be processed accordingly.

4. Processing Fees

Platform and payment processing fees may be non-refundable.

5. Chargeback Abuse

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Legal recovery proceedings
  • Reporting to financial institutions
